Where to print your Posters?

For plotting the senior design posters to be presented in Expo, students can utilize one of the multiple options available in SPCEET for accessing and printing their project’s posters.

1. KSU Makerspace (Students can fill their orders in this web site (provided link below) for high quality printing)

Student Shuttle Load In / Load Out Details

As an additional help for the student's transportation of heavy equipment KSU has provided a truck that will operate based on the following schedule:

Sunday (the day before expo): 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Monday (Expo day):  From 7:00 A.M. to 9:30 A.M, and in the afternoon from 3:30 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. (returning projects).

Tuesday (The day after Expo): From 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon (returning projects).

Note: The truck will be leaving the Q building loading dock. The truck will wait at the loading dock until someone shows up with their project to take to the convocation center. As soon as they are dropped off, the truck will come back to the loading dock for the next load.  So, if students show up at the loading dock and there is no truck, they may have to wait up to an hour for the truck to get back to pick them up. 

When returning the projects truck will be operating similarly, except that the truck will be leaving from the convocation center unloading area.

How to arrive at Convocation Center (Senior Design Expo)?

To access the Expo site on the day before the Expo and on the day of Expo, shuttles and buses will be available for transporting the students and their prototypes. The following link provides access to the expected schedule for these shuttles and buses.

Faculty and students that arrive on the Expo site using their own vehicles, please park in “East Parking Deck”, as marked below, and arrive at the convocation center as show below as well.

Travelling 75 North:

Follow I-75 N to Chastain Rd. Take exit 271 from I-75.

Continue Chastain Rd

Turn right on Frey Rd.

The Convocation center and East Parking Deck are on your right side.

Travelling 75 South:

Follow I-75 S to Chastain Rd. Take exit 271 from I-75.

Continue to Chastain Rd

Turn right on Frey Rd.

The Convocation center and East Parking Deck are on your right side.
