MS Systems Program Requirements

The program consists of five required courses and five electives chosen from a list of ten.

Required Core Courses

  • SYE 6010 Project Management Processes
  • SYE 6025 Economic Decision Analysis
  • SYE 6031 Advanced Systems Dynamic Modeling
  • SYE 6610 Engineering Statistics 
  • SYE 6055 Systems Engineering Project

Elective courses (select 5)

Typically the electives will be Systems Engineering courses, but 6000 level courses from other programs, i.e. Management, Quality Assurance, and Software Engineering, etc., may be taken with approval of the Program Director or Department Chair. Select five courses.
