Welcome to the Department of Civil and Construction Engineering Program at Kennesaw State University!
We have an outstanding group of faculty and staff who are all dedicated to the best possible education of our students and the education in the CCE programs prepares students for leadership in the profession of civil and construction engineering field.
The CCE is committed to providing a curriculum that satisfies the technical demands of a modern engineer augmented by well-defined liberal art courses to help our students develop as competent and well-rounded professionals. The CCE offers the Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and the Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. Both curricula require 129 credit hours that are designed to develop engineers who have a strong background in mathematics and science, and yet who understand the nature of their special role in society. Also, the CCE laboratories for teaching and research provide opportunities for hands-on experience for all students.
In addition to your classroom studies, you will have the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities of both a social and professional nature, to gain valuable work experience, and to build your connections with industry and professional organization in civil and construction engineering.
Please contact me or any other faculty or staff if you have questions about the Civil Engineering program and/or Construction Engineering program at Kennesaw State.
